VaultLogix Enables Remote Monitoring and Management

MSPs can Streamline Management of Cloud Backups While Monitoring Additional Network Services via Single Web-Based Dashboard

VaultLogix, a business-class cloud backup service provider for SMBs and resellers, has announced a VaultLogix/Continuum software integration that enables managed service providers (MSPs) to use Continuum RMM to monitor the VaultLogix Advantage Cloud Backup and Recovery service.

With this integration, when mutual MSP partners deploy the Continuum monitoring agent and the VaultLogix Advantage backup client software at their end-customer sites, the Continuum monitoring agent automatically generates backup status alerts.

Continuum’s RMM is a comprehensive platform that combines an intelligent remote monitoring and management (RMM) software solution with a 24x7x365 network operations center (NOC), delivering a single unified managed services experience.

VaultLogix provides:

  • Fully automated backup solutions that move data to an offsite data center for rapid file restoration.
  • Secure online transfer of fully encrypted and compressed data.
  • Rapid and reliable data recovery as part of business continuity plans.
  • An industry leading reseller program offering special wholesale pricing and branding.
  • 24 x 7 US-based live customer support -- not just a call center.

“The VaultLogix/Continuum integration allows our mutual MSP partners to take advantage of a powerful platform to streamline management of their clients’ cloud backups while simultaneously monitoring additional network endpoints through a single, web-based dashboard,” said Zak Karsan, vice president of Business Development for VaultLogix. “We are excited about our integration relationship with Continuum and our partners that can now receive automatic backup status alerts upon deployment of the VaultLogix Advantage Cloud Backup service.”

“Enabling MSP partners to monitor and immediately respond to backup alerts is essential to providing end-to-end cloud backup and recovery,” said Dee Zepf, vice president of Product Management and Technical Services at Continuum. “The VaultLogix/Continuum integration is the latest example of our ongoing commitment to drive increased efficiencies for our partners.”

Continuum provides a leading SaaS-based managed services platform that managed services providers (MSPs) use to efficiently backup, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, servers and other endpoints for small-and-medium-sized businesses. The comprehensive platform provides an intelligent remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution and an advanced backup and disaster recovery (BDR) offering – all integrated with an industry-leading network operations center (NOC) and U.S.- based world-class Service Desk, delivering a single, unified managed services experience.

The company currently employs more than 650 professionals worldwide, supports over 3,300 MSPs, and monitors more than a half a million endpoints. Continuum has also formed a non-profit foundation, called Continuum Veterans Foundation, which was established to provide financial support to local and national charities that focus on helping our veterans find jobs. The principal owner of Continuum is Summit Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm that has raised more than $15 billion in assets.
